WYNWOOD MIAMI, NOVEMBER 29, 2011 – Announcing Miami’s Newest nightlife and entertainment option in the heart of Wynwood’s Art District: HOUSE Nightclub. Mark Lowe, the industrial artist turned nightclub designer and impresario has collaborated with visual artist Sebastian Aaron, and Glass House Productions, to bring their vision to Miami. After giving birth to his ground breaking brainchild Living Room Nightclub Fort Lauderdale, and 13 nightclubs worldwide, Mark Lowe and his team plan on elevating the current status quo on what nightlife should be for 2012 and beyond.
According to the Wynwwod Artists association the 20 block nucleus that incorporates the bustling Arts hotspot is “Like New York’s SOHO and East Village back in the ’70s and ’80s, or the Downtown L.A. of today, Wynwood is a place where artists and galleries can do what they are driven to do, as they saw fit, in spaces that were at once historical and expansive. And they can do so smack dab in the center of a city racked with magic”
Wynwood has become the unequivocal epicenter of arts, design and fashion in Greater Miami. in the last few years, the neighborhood has seen a push towards gentrification with increased investments and developments. The Midtown Miami development built in the mid-2000s, brought renewed attention to the area, and previously abandoned warehouses have begun to be occupied by artists, restaurants, cafés, and lounges. However, HOUSE nightclub will be the first fully realized concept nightclub to hit the district.
Celebrating the cutting edge, bohemian and future forward culture engrained in the Arts scene of Miami, HOUSE is a fully integrated concept nightclub based on the idea that “There’s no place like home.” “Imagine partying in a spectacular ultra contemporary nightclub that is truly a home. HOUSE will explore and celebrate these festivals as an ever evolving moodspace and opening its doors to be an artspace like never before seen.
HOUSE is truly the next evolution of the nightlife experience, a future version of a HOUSE party. As the name implies bars will be kitchens, VIP will be beds complete with plush blankets and pillows, and others will be virtual showers. HOUSE is like no other home with fully cyber modulated and interactive elements, 3D architectural mapping, holograms, and 360 degree panoramic projections.
