WYNWOOD MIAMI, January 23, 2012 – Wynwood’s HOUSE Nightclub has announced the release of its companion experience APP available for both Android and iPhone/iPad markets. Continuing in the same forward thinking technology based entertainment concept, the APP will feature a bevy of micro-apps all geared to enhance the mood and art space’s experience as the HOUSE of the future.
Users who download the APP will be the first to receive announcements on Grand opening, upcoming special events, celebrity appearances, artists or DJs confirmed to appear and will be given access to buy tickets directly from their phone. Features include:
- A built in QR Barcode scanner which will “unlock” free giveaways, drink specials, VIP discounts, prizes, and exclusive content.

Something to look forward to in February: House, a 9,000-square-foot multi-level nightclub modeled after a swanky “house of the future” opening in Wynwood. Not just any ordinary nightclub, House sounds like it’s aiming to be prime real estate for club kids, with all sorts of gimmicks, including state-of-the-art sight and sound installations such as 360-degree panoramic projections, 3D architectural mapping, holograms and cyber technology unparalleled in the world. In order to evoke the warmth and intimacy of an actual home, kitchens will be bars; there will be showers in VIP areas and beds with sheets; cocktail waitresses will dress only in crisp men’s T-shirts; and bouncers wear pajamas. There will even be sexy little surprises in the nightstand tables. Sounds like some kind of house, that’s for sure. “House will be more of a living, breathing art installation than a nightclub, which is only fitting considering its location,” says owner Mark Lowe. “My goal is to change the way Miami sees nightlife, and because this is a ‘house,’ all the naughty things you do behind closed doors will be revealed.” There’s no PC way around it, so we have to ask: aren’t those houses only legal in Nevada?
